Dr. Chappy began in 1994 with a prayer walk around Tijuana, Mexico La Mesa Prison. God showed Chappy favor to enter into "Sodom and Gomerah" AKA La Mesa prison.
Dr. Chappy was the first American pastor given permission to care for the 6,000 American and English speaking men and women inmates (men and women combined together).
Since 2007 MOTE has reached more than an estimated 22,000 men and women and the ministry continues to grow.
